I would say energy because there’s always so much going here, I hate missing out.
Où vas-tu pour créer, pour t’inspirer?
As a chef I’m always looking for ways to get inspire in the kitchen. I love walking through Atwater or Jean talon market. Seeing fresh ingredients is always the best way to gain inspiration.

My favourite places usually involve food, or anything that can help me unwind after a long week
1. Lemeac on Laurier. Lovely atmosphere, incredibly delicious food, always solid and consistent.
2. Burgundy Lion Pub on Notre dame.
Music I can nod my head to, great selection of beer and the probably the best scotch catalogue in the city… What more can I ask for?
3. Prohibition on Monkland.
Brunch is my favourite meal because if I’m eating it means I’m not working. Their French toast with fried chicken is the best brunch in the city in my books. Life altering. If you haven’t had it you are missing out.
4. Bota Bota spa, Peaceful and unique setting, great way to unwind and get some sun
5. Blackstrap BBQ
They just do BBQ right

Montreal is diversity
So many different neighbourhoods, scenes, people, cultures. We are a major metropolitan city with busy and bustling nightlife, and food, fashion, arts culture yet we are also very laid back and unpretentious. There’s something for everyone here which is what I love most about Montreal.
